I am all about positive affirmations and morning mantras. It gets me in the right mindset and serves as a firm reminder of how I should be thinking when I’m doubting myself. Growing up, I always heard about the benefits of positive self-talk, but it wasn’t until recently that I started applying it to my own life. In my short 21 years of life, I’ve learned plenty of them and I gravitate towards some more than others. Sometimes, I even make up my own depending on the situation I am in.
